This is the third and last Announcement for the ``2nd Hellenic Astronomical
Meeting" to be held in Thessaloniki between June 29th and July 1st,
1995. It contains the Scientific and Cultural Programme of the Conference.
In the next Tables you can find the final outline of the {\it Oral 
contributions} and the {\it Poster contributions}. In the first column of the
Oral contributions you
can see the allocated time-slot. The second
column contains a code-word, which indicates the date of presentation
(T: Thursday, F: Friday, S: Saturday), the status of the contribution
(I: Invited paper, O: Oral, P: Poster) and the contribution number within the
Section. The third and forth columns give the name of the {\it first
author} and the {\it title} of the contribution respectively. The information for
the Poster presentations is similar.
